(And sometimes when I’m tired as hell, I become That Person who stands in all the AoEs.) (Never forget it took me 4 separate Qarn runs to not die to the first boss.) (Never forget the time I caused multiple wipes in Qarn because I was so tired I literally forgot to heal the tank.) I remember all the things that I struggled with when I started that I can do with ease now.
I remember when I was a sprout and all the mistakes I did. Of course I’ve had my share of shouty people in DF and PF (and I tend not to make comics of those a comic filled with venomous language isn’t funny at all!) but on the whole, FFXIV pugs are pretty encouraging. Me on tank: Wow look at all these boss mechanics I never knew existed because I literally never have to deal with these on healer! :’)Įven though I poke fun at pugs every week, I do appreciate that I don’t have to be an expert on my first attempt at something I can ask questions and get answers, I can make mistakes and it’s not a big deal.
